therapy for your connection.
relationship therapy for neurodiverse,
non-monagamous, or disconnected relationships
For Relationships That Don’t Fit The Mold…
Therapy That Doesn’t Either
Relationship therapy at The Rooted Brain meets your brain - and your relationship - where it’s at. For neurodiverse partners, friends, and polycules, communication can feel like a minefield, and connection can seem like a moving target. You're not broken… your nervous systems and neurotypes are just speaking different languages. Using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), I help clients move out of conflict cycles and into deeper understanding. Sessions are adapted to each person’s neurotype, attachment style, and communication needs. Using an in-the-moment model like EFT means all the work happens in the session, no homework required!
