Who I Am
I’m Kyle—a therapist, a partner in a neurodiverse relationship, and a proud ADHDer with a deep appreciation for the beautifully complex ways our brains work.
I bring both clinical tools and lived experience to the therapy room, especially when it comes to working with folks who’ve never quite felt like they fit.
When I’m not working with clients, you’ll probably find me:
playing deep strategy and social deduction board games
hiking, climbing, disc golfing, or rollerblading with my partner
building Lego sets or 3D printing fidgets, tools, and creative solutions to problems
obsessing over my cats, Lilo and Mochi
joyfully falling down hyperfocus rabbit holes
or being silly with the people I love
Ever feel like therapy wasn’t built with your brain in mind?
Maybe you’ve tried therapy before and felt like something was missing—that the therapist didn’t really get what it’s like to be you.
Maybe you’ve shared something important and got a polite smile in return… but no real resonance.
Maybe the idea of going to therapy brings up worries that you’ll be misunderstood, pathologized, or expected to fit into a mold that just doesn’t work for you.
If that sounds familiar, I want you to know: you’re not alone—and I’d love to meet you.
Who I Work Best With
I specialize in working with:
Neurodiverse relationships, especially where one or more partners are ADHDers, autistic, dyslexic, have sensory processing struggles or are otherwise neurodivergent
Neurodivergent individuals who feel misunderstood, overwhelmed, or lost
People who have been neglected, mistreated, or emotionally hurt by those who were supposed to protect them
Our work is a space to be fully seen and deeply supported. Whether you’re coming in with burnout, trauma, grief, or just a sense that “something’s not working,” I’ll meet you where you are.
“What is it like to do therapy with you?”
Clients often describe me as:
warm
grounded
curious
and honest in the moments that count
I bring a steady, calm presence to therapy—a space where you can show up exactly as you are. Silly, skeptical, scattered, serious, or somewhere in between.
You won’t get blank stares from me. I’ll ask questions, get invested, and genuinely care about the stories, experiences, and quirks that make you who you are.
How I Practice
I don’t use a one-size-fits-all approach. Every session is shaped by your needs, your goals, and how your nervous system naturally processes the world.
I’m trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming, and collaborative at every step.

Let’s Work Together
If therapy hasn’t felt accessible or safe in the past…
If you’re craving a space where your brain, body, and emotions are honored instead of “fixed”…
If you want to be truly seen and supported—
I’d love to connect.
