Walk and Talk Therapy
Therapy On The Move, And In Tune With Your Brain’s Natural Rhythm
Some of us think and feel best when we’re moving. Walk & Talk sessions offer an embodied way to process emotions, regulate the nervous system, and move through stuckness—literally. It combines the benefits of traditional talk therapy with the physical movement of walking outdoors. The bilateral movement of walking naturally stimulates both sides of the brain, which can aid in trauma processing and help individuals access deeper emotional insights. Walking outdoors also promotes relaxation, reduces anxiety, and encourages a sense of grounding, making it easier to navigate personal challenges and emotional growth.
Weather and accessibility needs are always considered. We’ll co-create a plan that works for you.
