A 10-week therapy group starting 02/02/2026 for adults (18+).
Connect with yourself and others through the joy of board games!
In the 10-week Games for Growth group, we’ll use board games as a therapeutic tool to explore how we show up in relationships. Whether you're working through social anxiety, navigating neurodivergence, or hoping for more connection in your life, this group is a unique way for up to 6 people to grow through play!
Together, we’ll:
Use a mix of cooperative and competitive games to examine our relationship patterns, emotional responses, and communication styles.
Pause during and after gameplay to reflect: What emotions came up? How did I respond? What does my behavior tell me about my patterns or needs?
Foster a sense of community, safe exploration, and fun in connection.
No board-game experience required. Just bring yourself, curiosity, and a willingness to engage in group reflections and connection for 10 weeks!

This group is especially well-suited for people who:
Want to connect more deeply with others but often feel blocked, awkward, or unsure in social settings.
Feel stuck in relationship patterns (with partners, friends, family) and are curious what’s running beneath the surface.
Are neurodivergent or working through constant overwhelm, and want an accessible, fun way to practice connection, safety, and expression.
Love games or are open to trying them, and want a community experience.
What will you get?
By the end of the 10 weeks, you’ll have:
More self-awareness in relationships: how you show up in groups, how you respond, what you need.
Improved ability to pause, reflect, and respond rather than just react or freeze.
A new way of connecting with others in a playful, low-stakes environment and the confidence to take that into your everyday relationships.
A sense of belonging and community with others who are exploring similar themes.
Every strategy leads
to self-discovery.
