therapy for your community.
group therapy for neurodivergent, isolated, or overwhelmed people seeking community support
A space to feel less alone—while practicing connection in real time
Being neurodivergent in a neurotypical world can feel isolating. Group therapy offers a structured, affirming space to build connection, develop social confidence, and experience the healing power of community. At The Rooted Brain, our groups are designed for neurodivergent adults who want to practice being more fully themselves—together.
Groups are offered in seasonal cohorts. Join at any time, with a 10-week commitment to support safety and consistency.
